Name: Megan Van Fossan

Ms. Megan Van Fossan has been involved in education for over 25 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education from The Ohio State University. Ms. Van Fossan earned a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from George Mason University and a Masters Degree in Secondary Education from The University of Alabama. Ms. Van Fossan achieved her Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, her Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy F. Kennedy School of Government, and her Certificate in School Management and Leadership from the Harvard Business School. Ms. Van Fossan earned her Superintendent Letter of Eligibility from Edinboro University. Her most current position in administration is Superintendent of Schools at Sto-Rox School District in McKees Rocks, PA. Prior, Ms. Van Fossan served in a number of leadership positions, and has spoken widely on universal design for learning, leadership and equity.
